This workshop focuses on providing employees with an understanding and resources to work more effectively with internal customers.  This leads to a better understanding of each others’ roles and responsibilities and how to solve problems in order to better serve the external customer.   This workshop offers insight into how to improve department and inter-department communication and cooperation, provide resources for greater job satisfaction and improved employee morale and work with various personalities to achieve the goal of World Famous Customer Care.
