True South Basic Economic Development Course

This course will expose participants to the fundamentals and practice of creating jobs, increasing wealth, improving the tax base, and enhancing the community's quality-of-life, the first stop in pursuing professional certification. The True South Economic Development Course also satisfies the International Economic Development Council's course requirement for Introduction to Economic Development.

This year's course will feature a new four-day format and site visit to the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
