DESCRIPTION:Hattiesburg\, MS (May 20\, 2025) FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - National Road Trip Day is Friday\, May 23rd and the Sixth Street Museum District will be recognizing Hattiesburg\, MS\, Green-Book\n\n(The Negro Motorist Green-Book) sites that made travel easier for African Americans during segregation in the United States.\n\nThe Sixth Street Museum District has formalized a program recognizing the sites with official markers\, a driving tour narrated by Dr. Clarence Magee\, Hattiesburg educator and longtime President of the NAACP Forrest County Branch and a history of each site available through the website Green Book | Historic Eureka School.\n\nHattiesburg\, MS Green-Book sites:\n\nMrs. A Crosby Tourist Home   413 E. 6th Street\n\nW.A.
