Dr. L.N. Ritter founded Animal Medical Center during the 1950’s. In 1975, Dr. John Mayfield and Dr. William Ewell purchased the hospital. Since 1975, Animal Medical Center has grown to be one of the largest, state-of-the-art veterinary hospitals in Mississippi. Our veterinary team now includes Dr. John Mayfield, Dr. Cliff Lowrey, Dr. Paul Calhoun, Dr. Randall Patrolia, Dr. John Mayfield III, and Dr. Nate Moseley. Animal Medical Center is proud to offer services from grooming, doggie daycare, and routine care to orthopedic surgeries, CT, emergency service, and 24 hour care. We welcome you to visit our hospital and see that we truly provide “Excellence In Care For Your Pet.”
Come and enjoy refreshments and tour the new facility of Animal Medical Center. Events for the day will include pet photography, refreshments, door prizes from products (flea control, etc.) to services (microchip placements). Representatives from Hill’s Pet Nutrition, Merial, and Bayer Animal Health will also be on the premises for questions and product information.
