Homes of Hope for Children 3rd Annual Silent/Live Auction

This 3rd annual event will take place in Historic downtown Hattiesburg this year. Over one hundred auction items will be on display, and several live auction items will be offered at 8:00 p.m. Local restaurants are catering the event, including Jody's Bakery & Caterie, Longhorn Steakhouse, Seasons, Stonewall's BBQ, and Wintzell's Oyster House. Live music will be performed throughout the evening. All auction items will be featured online, and bids may be placed before the auction for those who are unable to attend. Items will be posted by August 14th, and bids may be placed until August 28th. Please visit www.hohfc.org to view items. Homes of Hope for Children is a local non-profit organization with a mission of serving children in crisis throughout Mississippi by providing strong, Christian homes to every child that lives with them while ensuring that each child is loved unconditionally and has their physical, spiritual, and emotional needs met. The ministry is currently building in Purvis, MS, and plans to begin serving children by the summer of 2010.
