The Mississippi Jaycees are excited to invite our communities to participate in our February Individual Development project. The program will take place Tuesday 16 February 2021 at 6 PM via Zoom. Guest speaker, Jennifer Wann will present on creating a personal strategic plan.
Wann, a Mississippi native and Southern Miss grad currently lives in Little Rock, Arkansas. She works throughout the state of Arkansas to develop community focused, innovative library services. Her professional interests include workplace communication and how organizational culture can inhibit or support leadership development and professional fulfillment.
The mission of the JCI Mississippi (Jaycees), a part of Junior Chamber International or JCI, is to provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change in the community. The Mississippi Jaycees have chapters in Petal and Picayune as well as a developing chapter in Gulfport. Chapters consist of young active citizens, ages 18 to 40, who dedicate their time to improving the community.
