Tacos & Tequila at Serengeti Springs

Tacos & Tequila, held annually at the Hattiesburg Zoo is sliding across Gordon’s Creek to Serengeti Springs for 2025! The much-loved, summertime event for guests 21+ will take place Friday, June 27th from 6:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Guests at Tacos & Tequila 2025 will enjoy:

· Admission to the Water Park

· Unlimited access to the Tree-Top-Trek water slides and the Pole´ Pole´ River

· Tacos and full bar for purchase

· Latin Playlist created by visiting J1 student employees from Mexico

· Adult-sized games including Spin the Wheel, Connect 4 and Giant Jenga

Serengeti Springs’ yummy selection of tacos will be available for purchase, and while the entire bar selection will be available, there will be a focus on tequila-based cocktails. Tickets for Tacos & Tequila are $35 + tax, go on sale today, and can be purchased through the link: https://serengetisprings.connectngo.com/en/tag/special-events. There will be a limited number of tickets available for this year’s event.

“This will be our first nighttime, 21+ event at Serengeti Springs for 2025,” said Demetric Kelly, Director of Guest Services and Retail for the Hattiesburg Zoo and Serengeti Springs. “We believe moving this annual event to Serengeti Springs will be celebrated by our guests, and we are expecting an early sell out.”

If friends are looking for a more private space to relax and visit during Tacos & Tequila, Premium, Deluxe Plus and Deluxe Cabanas are available for rent. Deluxe and Deluxe Plus Cabana accommodate six guests while Premium Cabanas seat 12 guests and Elite Cabanas seat 8 guests, Prices are $99 for Deluxe, $109 for Deluxe Plus, $129 for Premium and $149 for Elite. Cabanas can be rented at the park upon arrival.

Tacos & Tequila is a 21+ event sponsored by Stokes Distributing. Only Credit and Debit cards are accepted for purchases in Serengeti Springs. A reverse ATM is located on site for guests’ convenience. All Serengeti Springs’ park rules must be followed for this special event, and season passes do not apply.
