As we grow, we’re looking for a driven and experienced Sales Representative to be the face of our solutions and help businesses future-proof their communications.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through close
  • Develop lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and account growth
  • Present tailored VoIP and telecom solutions that solve real business challenges
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and product demos
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Maintain CRM records and keep sales activities up to date
  • Collaborate closely with our technical support and implementation teams
  • Travel to client sites within Mississippi and surrounding regions as needed
  • Stay current on industry trends, product features, and competitor offerings

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years B2B sales experience in telecom, SAAS, or technology sales
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a consultative approach
  • Results-driven and motivated by meeting goals
  • Proven ability to build client trust and close deals
  • Familiarity with VoIP, SIP, PBX systems, and telecom management tools
  • Self-starter who thrives in finding and closing new business, both independently and in a team setting
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with telecom audits or cost optimization
  • Technical knowledge or certifications in telecom or networking
